<p>Since I got my nursing degree, I’ve gotten every job I ever applied for. For the first one, I was told my GPA(4.0) and interview was what got me the job. The other jobs I’ve gotten since were due to experience and knowing someone at that facility who told me about it or recommended me for it. I think right now the market is much tougher for the new grads. They want nurses with experience so that they don’t have to spend a lot of money to train them.</p>
