Applying UCLA as undecided to improve chances?

<p>Assuming that you can’t do CE and have to be an EE major, you still follow the same curriculum as a CS major for the first 2 quarters, so it really doesn’t matter in the slightest IF you manage to do well in CS 31 and CS 32. </p>
