<p>First, are you a US citizen, as Intl. applicants are not considered for URM status?</p>
<p>There are 2 concepts here, and both are asked for separately on college applications: ethnicity and race:</p>

<p>There are many ethnicities in the US, but the only one of interest in college admissions is Hispanic.</p>
<p>Race is a biological concept and applicants can choose any that apply: White, Black, Asian, American Indian/Native Alaskan, and Native Hawaiian/other Pacific Islander.</p>
<p>Hispanics can be of any race(s).</p>
<p>You could indicate that you are Hispanic, and that you are Asian and whatever race(s) your Hispanic parent is. You can choose to only answer only the ethnicity question, but it won’t make any difference as you will be considered Hispanic no matter what race you are. You should answer however you feel is the most honest and comfortable for you.</p>
