I think she may have a good chance. Wesleyan only RECOMMENDS not REQUIRES any of the specified subjects.
Look at this link – https://www.collegedata.com/cs/data/college/college_pg02_tmpl.jhtml?schoolId=205
Four years of math, foreign lang etc are recommended not required.
She might have a chance at Wesleyan. To improve her chances, if she were my child, I would look very carefully at Wesleyan and see what is unique about that school. Then I’d see if DD could tailor her application to fit that, highlight the areas that naturally mesh. If she can do an interview and reiterate those areas, so much the better. If WU allows her to submit additoinal things, consider creating a resume. That is one way to speak directly to the adcoms about who she is and how she fits in. On grown up resumes you just list the stuff that you did. On this kind of resume, go onto the second page, and before each heading feel free to write 1-3 short sentences explaining what was fulfilling to your DD about that activity or work experience. If you can tailor it to Wesleyan’s culture, so much the better.
Be sure to also communicate explicitly to the adcom that Wesleyan is her first-choice school, if indeed it is.
Best of luck.
