Still no scores. Took test at Commack High School…
@pnguon I’m an international, and I got my scores. So have ShabbaAmherst and ZainSD, I think they’re internationals as well.
@outlooker I honestly feel bad how much time you spend on this forum, and how you complain about a solid ACT score. Go outside.

E: 27 (expected at least a 33, since I always aced this section on their practice tests

The scores are exactly the opposite of what I expected. I’m in Calculus, not sure how I did so badly on the math, since it is my strongest subject …
Do you guys think I should retake it? I want to apply to UCLA, USC, Georgetown (and maybe Cornell and Duke). Congrats to everyone who got their desired scores!! 
@henrhg1 Good job! Thats not terrible haha! You are good for USC and UCLA. A little bit below avg for georgetown, but you should be fine. Cornell and Duke can be your reaches!!
I took the ACT in the middle of March with my school - still no scores, so I’m with all of you.
@immersed Thanks! I’m really hoping that my extracurriculars cover up for the mediocre ACT score. Still, I am probably going to retake it in September and will actually study this time
@henrhg1 I would take it again. My sister got wait listed at UCLA with a 31 and some seriously robust ec’s. She ended up at SMU. If this is your first take you should be able to bump that by a point or two pretty easily.
I got a 25 composite with a 10/12 on the writing section. Kinda disappointing but I am striving for a 28+ on the June one. Best of luck to everyone taking it in June.
Does anyone know specific strategies for the Reading and Science questions. I took this test as a “test drive” the first time, and I really wanna push real hard for this June test.

Yep thanks very much i just wish my other scores were the same. I don’t want to sound arrogant but I am an amazing writer and that’s something I want to focus on in my application.
@henrhg1 I’m taking it again in June. I didn’t study for this one at all haha, but best of luck! This was a hard act so u might do a lot better on the next one

Got scores back, I didn’t answer the last 5 on english so that brought it down quite a bit I think I can bring that especially up. I didn’t do any prep and this was my first try so I didn’t know how to time myself well.

31 Math
32 Reading
36 Science
32 Composite.
I feel like I can get composite up to a 34 Maybe
Haven’t gotten writing scores back but my essay was not too good.
