April AP Cramming! Self-Studying in one month!

BIOOOOOOOOO. i have like 6 chapters left. I am soooooooooo happy that I have 2 weeks of spring break right now, although i’m sad i have to give it up due to “Advanced Procrastination.” ;)

Started Human Geography yesterday. I’m glad I decided not to do Comp. Gov now…

Is it possible to self study for APs a month before the exams and get 3’s or above?

I think it’s very difficult to get 5’s without having to begin studying in October or November.

Environmental, I have the book but not much more.

This isn’t true. I self studied 4 tests beginning in February and March, and got 5’s on all those (as well as my other AP tests), and it wasn’t really that difficult. And as for your first question, certainly- I believe studying in one day would be enough for a 3, since a 3 is well under 50% for most exams.

^

is this still true with the new grading curve (i.e. no deduction for wrong answers?)

I’m self studying AP Chem and Bio.

Regular prepping for APUSH, AP Calc AB, and AP Literature. Plus studying for SAT that Saturday of AP week.

I’m also a self-studier and am busy reading my study guides for Environmental Science and Psychology. However, I have to admit that I am not as far in my readings as I’d like, and the amount of homework I have each day makes studying for more than an hour or so each day quite difficult.

Lol, im glad im not alone, i’m self studying physics C mech and i haven’t started anything yet. i took physics b last year so i know some stuff (hopefully…). Also studying for 5 ap’s for school classes and all my teachers are piling on review packets/practice exams to do.

I’m also glad to not be alone. In January I decided to self-study calc ab and physics b, and I’m extremely confident in calc, but have yet to start physics. I’m current in an honors physics course and we’re almost on light/refraction. Should I spend the next to weeks cramming for the exam, or just cancel it?

Sorry for the double post, but it’s killing me.
*currently and *two

Psych and Physics B!! I’m basically cramming the information into my head…

Uhh…
APUSH and AP Chem. If I get at least a 3 on either exam I’d be satisfied.

I haven’t started studying yet. Don’t quite know when I will. I’m taking the Biology, Literature, and Math II subject tests in May and then I’m taking the Biology, Calculus AB and Literature AP tests, so this should be interesting.

Since I’ve had a really terrible math teacher this year (we’re just starting integrals), I don’t think I’m going to do well on that test. For biology, I’m just gonna read a bunch of reviews and I can’t really study for lit.

LOL started today and got through 2 pages of euro. I’ll have to start making use of school time by ignoring my teachers :P

I am kind of cramming, too. I have APUSH, AP Eng. Lang and comp, and AP environmental science. I am mostly reading and studying for APES because that is my first AP exam i take. I am memorizing and studying Barron’s Flashcards, along with Princeton Review’s book. I wish Princeton Review had flashcards, though. For APUSH, i am basically relying on REA’s Crash Course. AP Eng i am just reading Princeton Review’s book.

macro micro self study and chem/psych i have been taking in school. ima cram all of them starting today. hopefully ill be done by the end of next week cause i ahve an ap psych final and ap chem final (teachers claim it helps us review for the ap test. which i guess it does).

between all of that i have to manage my time well enough to study for subject tests in may and SATs in june(taking math 2 and chem sat subject)

Omg omg omg

I’m SOOO screwed for my AP exams this year.
I haven’t even started studying for Calculus AB yet OR Chemistry, and my chem teacher hasn’t taught us **** all year long! He had us take a practice test and I’m at a high 2/low 3 level
Physics C Mechanics is worrying me as well… If I can just pull a 4 on that exam, I’ll be more than happy.
Calculus AB? **** my life
Psychology is an easy 5. Yay.

Is it too late for me to pull up my Chemistry score, which is now at about a 2/3, to at least a solid 4???

I’m scoring around 48% on multiple choice tests. What would that be according to the new curve?

^^I’m in a similar situation in Chemistry…I suggest you go through a prep book. You can miss a lot of questions and still get a 4.

i personally feel that if u ‘annotate’ practice tests. u learn alot
