APs and SATIIs for pre-med?

<p>Pre-med is just a set of courses you have to take in college to apply to medical schools. Thus, it doesn’t really matter what AP tests or SAT IIs you take. They have nothing to do with the pre-med track itself… unless you’re applying to a combined program, which often have their own requirements.</p>

<p>On the other hand, since the pre-med track requires college level courses in bio, chem and physics, it would be a good idea to take AP courses in those areas. Be aware of the issues with AP credit and pre-med requirements though:
