Apt. in Boston using a no fee (to the renter) broker?

You can meet him on the sidewalk.

^^That’s funny, eb!
Oy, now two of the three are on board with signing and the third kid is hemming & hawing. Richest family of the three. Not accustomed to Boston’s high prices?! My S says he’ll keep me in the loop and let me know what happens. It would be a shame to lose it over one kid. Either they’ll find something better, but a lousier location…or they may luck out and find something else altogether since this was apt. #1 they saw…third kid has rich parents, but he won’t be making as much money as the other two, so is nervous about the commitment…maybe they need to find another third roommate :-w Never easy!

Son’s fourth roommate backed out after 2 months of looking, to live with his g/f. Thank goodness the kids had an ongoing relationship with their young realtor. When he showed them an apartment that fit most of their requirements, although almost mile walk to T, they grabbed it. Lots of compromises in a desired area. Still, I don’t know if I would take first apartment shown. (This is in Cambridge , by the way).
