Are my college choices realistic?

First of all, you should be applying to an in-state public school as a safety. You should also consider the Western Interstate exchange tuition schools - there are some excellent flagship state universities that you might be able to attend, at a reduced tuition rate. Next, of the schools that you’re applying to, unless you’re an URM, or there is something else very compelling that you’ve forgotten to tell us, the only one that is even a realistic reach for you is BU. The rest are unrealistic dream schools. I think that you need to speak with your school counselor about making a list that consists of realistic reaches, realistic matches, and realistic safeties. You are being smart to consider whether you may have made a list of schools that are likely to reject you - now it’s time to come up with a list that matches your credentials. For the list that you’ve made, you’d need to be first or second in your school, have near perfect or perfect SATs, and have won national level competitions, or led organizations at the national level.
