are my stats even considerable to get into Harvard or any Ivy League or elite school?

Where do you live?

Most of the U.California’s and most schools in Canada don’t even look at grades from grade 9. However you would need to get your SAT up a LOT to have a chance at the top schools in either California or Canada. Given the time frame you don’t have much time to retake the SAT. Also, the U.California’s have very little aid for out of state students. Therefore if you are from any of the other 49 states you would be full pay at any state university in California.

Another thing to think about is whether you should apply to SAT optional schools. The ones that I know about are small (such as LACs).

A more likely option, again depending upon what state you are in, is to go to a pretty good in-state public university, and hope to go to an elite school for graduate school. However, for this to work you would need to both have very good grades as an undergraduate (ie, from when you arrive at university until you get your Bachelor’s), and you also would need to be able to afford graduate school which implies that it would be best to minimize the cost of your undergraduate university.
