<p>They sell very inexpensive videocams at Costco & other places–only about $70! Well worth it to show loved ones what is going on and how they sound. Sleep problems really DO affect the patient’s entire well-being and health!</p>

<p>Resmed is another good machine brand. Sleep apnea has been associated with heart disease- definitely worth diagnosing and treating.</p>

<p>Okay, you guys have convinced me, at least. I actually wake up at nights gasping for air - it’s pretty scary. I told my husband that if I sound really bad to wake me up, because it meant I wasn’t breathing right.</p>
