The reading comprehension especially will be a warning sign to the top schools. There is a LOT of material to cover. They go faster than a college class IMO and if reading comprehension is tops kids will struggle. This could of course be off set by a great English teacher rec who says kid has great reading comp and it’s not a problem. Really hard for us to know! Good luck on all your kid’s applications.

I do 11 Subjects ( Arabic, Academic PE, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Maths, English Lit and language, History, Geography, Photography) and my grades are mainly A’s with a few A*s and B’s.

Got great recommendations from all my teachers, although I think my personal recommendation might be a bit too Balanced.

Are you an international student? Is your current school taught in English but you are not a native speaker? That could explain the reading comprehension score?
If you are international I really cannot tell you what’s good or not. I think the competition for those spots is wickedly fierce. Good luck to you, I hope you land somewhere you love!
