I agree with @MYOS1634 taking a chance on a less selective intl meets need but I’m afraid those schools will hold out for full pay students.
I understand the desire to come to the U.S. but generally, especially for non citizens, things have to be paid for. Colleges are businesses that require funding to operate.
CS can be done many places. You need a back up. I hear IIT is incredible. Do you have a chance at one of the campuses ?
