<p>Midshipman graduates first in Army Ranger School </p>

<p>Midn. 2/C Tim Sheehy accomplished a nearly impossible task that takes ‘‘Beat Army’’ to a whole new level. Last summer he attended the 62-day Army Ranger School and graduated first in his class on Aug. 4. </p>

<p>‘‘This is a huge accomplishment,’’ said Army Capt. Lee Dingman, the Army exchange officer at the Naval Academy. Dingman, who is also a Ranger, believes that this is the first time that a midshipman has graduated from the school.</p>
