<p>Mom here - I don’t know, nor do I want to know what goes on between consenting young adults on Rice campus 
- but I do know that the campus is full of bright, interesting, attractive, motivated, personable young people, and that both my kids had/have short and long-term relationships with lovely and attractive individuals. Newspaper opinion articles represent one person’s opinion, and often that person is trying to take an extreme enough point-of-view to elicit some reactions.</p>
