<p>You can type up a note and tell them you never had a teacher and submit it as the recommendation. if the supplement isn’t an integral part of your application (and it shouldn’t be really) I don’t think it seems like a big deal. call the admissions office and ask. I submitted a supplement and that part of the application seemed extremely laid back.</p>
