Agreed. During my visit to Irvine, I got the sense that it was a safe place. The people appeared to mainly from the middle to high class.</p>

<p>It’s a shame that UCI won’t have a football team. A D1 team would really help the school climb the ranks.

<p>UCSD hasn’t had a football team (period) for a while and it’s doing quite nicely in ranks; though I wish they had one anyway–I really do love football.</p>
