boasted an average SAT score (critical
reading plus math) of 1268, with mechanical engineering majors attaining an
average SAT score of 1309, the highest for
all majors in the University. On average,
students were within the top 10 percent of
their high school graduating class, with an
average GPA of 3.85.”</p>
