<p>I acutally measured b/c i was interested-
I take steps that are 27 inches long
which converts to 2.25 feet</p>
<p>divide 2.25 feet by 5280 feet (1 mile) and I get 2346.6 repeating.
So about 2347 of my steps in a mile…</p>

<p>Actually I was just talking with my mother about this yesterday. For some reason, these things always seem to come on the weekday right before the major test-essay-project you procrastinated on and meant to study for the night before. That’s when they come and get you: tell you that you did so well on so-and-so test that they had nothing to do with and will you please join us for 15 minutes in townhall-local convention center-high school auditorium to receive your honor? You think to yourself hell no, right? But then you wonder about your smiling principle and whether he will pull 'em strings to keep you out of COLLEGE cause you didn’t pay dues to his ego at the induction?</p>
