<p>I believe it’s a finer version of regular tea. A part of the camelia family, if I’m not mistaken.
Don’t quote me on this, but I think white tea leaves are harvested earlier (and in a very small window of time) than other teas. It’s more expensive and has a lighter flavor.</p>
