CHERRY GARCIA

will you be DONE if you get into chicago?

Yes :D

Have you ever golfed before?

Mini-golf only.

What color is your pillowcase?

White. With light blue flowers. Nice ones, though.

Can you drive?

Yep.

How old do you have to be to drive in your state?

16… though if you’re lazy like me… 18 :)

Kinda put that off for a while…

Do you have to do a research paper every year of high school? (Ours are 7 to 9 pages in length)

Yes, and 8th grade. The length kind of depends on your English teacher. Usually 5-8 pages. Actually, I’m not sure if I need to write one this year in AP Lit. Probably. I need to write one in French over Xmas vacation though.

Favorite movie trilogy? (Can be incomplete, like POTC or Spiderman. Star Wars counts too.)

Cube, even though I’ve only seen the first one.

Favorite horror film?

cube, like hypercube? Saw the second one… awesome sci-fi movie

favorite horror film is amityville horror… scared me beyond belief…
Blair witch project also, even though they didn’t actually show anything bad the suspense killed me. So realistic b/c not much happened

Have you read Brave New World? Overall impression?

The Silence of the Lambs… that’s pretty much the scariest movie I can take without trauma. Watching Saw was the worst experience of my life.

Would you rather eat someone or have someone eat you?

EDIT–Haven’t read it, but I feel like I should, since it’s one of those really hyped books.

I’m going to answer this question in the context that it comes after a comment regarding The Silence of the Lambs, which I assume is the one you meant it in. And in that case, umm, as long as I was dead, I’d much rather have someone eat me. Were I alive, well, that rather throws a spanner into the mix-- I suspect I still would rather be the victim of a cannibal rather than a cannibal myself. I’d be out of my misery soon enough anyway, I suppose, which certainly isn’t the case vice versa.

Um, anyway, after that rather macabre answer, which is cuter / cuddlier / etc-- puppies or kittens? (If inclined, fill in with anything even cuter / cuddlier / etc than that-- babies or whatever. Your call. Just not cannibalism.)

Puppies are cuter than kittens but cats are cuter than dogs :)

Why has this thread been :gasp: almost pushed to page two??

geez, that’s a shame!! I’m glad we revived it! :)

Do you like marmalade?

nope, not really.

Is everyone excited that a disproportionate number of CCers got accepted to chicago EA?

Yes! Let’s all be fbook friends… hur hur hur.

What’s the coolest pair of socks you own?

My slipper socks with reindeer on them! I wore them to school 2 weeks ago and it convinced my AP Lit teacher that I was sick and that’s why I didn’t go to school as opposed to my essay due that day.

What’s your sheets?

Like, what are my sheets? As in my bed sheets? Currently, dark teal ones. My favorite, though, are my super soft jade green ones. Noticing a pattern regarding color?

Are you as ecstatic as I am (as in, very)?

nope

are you incredibly annoyed that tonight you have to pull another all nighter because someone grabbed your notebook in physics, and you need to redo your hw, use it to study, and pass that stupid test tommorow?(like i am…)

I feel your pain w/ the whole all-nighter thing. Though I can’t say it’s because my notebook was taken…

Why can’t teachers understand that socialization is just as crucial, if not moreso, than schoolwork for a shy person? Why do they insist on giving us ridiculous workloads, thus forcing us to choose between becoming a normal human being and a workaholic?

Are there only two options?
