<p>I don’t think there is any skiing to speak of in the immediate area, but it’s a day trip to Western Mass or New Hampshire. Keeping in mind that there is hardly any room for storage and the rooms can be extremely cramped and small, I would recommend that your D rent equipment on site if she does happen to go on a skiing/snowboarding trip during the semester. It might make more sense than having a seldom-used item taking up precious space.</p>
