<p>This is kind of inappropriate, but it was mortifying.</p>
<p>During my pageant, I was the first contestant in my group (BAD LUCK, btw), and so after doing my talent piece I had to rush back up to the dressing room to change into my poise gown. My gown was pretty extravagant and really heavy, and since I was the first person in there, I was alone.</p>
<p>This is where it gets slightly inappropriate. So…with a pageant dress like mine, you can’t just wear a bra. I wore the backless/strapless adhesive type. So in order to put my dress on, I just wore…underwear. </p>
<p>And since my dress was really ridiculously long, I couldn’t put my shoes on afterwards, so I had to get into my underwear, sans…bra…and stand there with my heels on, run and put my head under my dress and let it kind of…fall onto me off the hanger. Baha. It was RIDICULOUS. But it was the only way I could do it alone. So I’m in the process of going over to my dress. And this random lady walks into the room. I stop and cover myself, give the deer in headlights look, and scream! Bahaha. She turned around and ran out and was like “Oh, I’m sorry, I’m sorry!”</p>
