Sorry to hear you were denied. I was also denied as a freshmen. It’s not the end of the world;, it’s still totally possible to go to UNC. Here’s my suggestion: work on your GPA, especially if you’re reapplying as a Junior. If you are planning on transferring after a year, high school record and scores are going to play a factor. Lastly, make sure you enjoy wherever you decide to go. Don’t spend the entire time focusing on just transferring. You will make yourself miserable. Best of luck!
