<p>My D has had 3 years of ASL. She has applied to about 15 schools not located in CA and has not had an issue with this at all. I had the same concerns as you. There is a list somewhere on the internet that has the states that require the state schools to accept ASL. However, as stated earlier, you should check with each school to be sure.</p>
<p>As halflokum said, we have had a harder time finding schools that offer ASL as my D wants to continue her education in that area.</p>
