<p>MoatToMoat…I was pointing out that the “injury” as declared might not evidence itself in the immediate nature. To gain remedy one usually has to demonstrate harm and I agree that without the “flap”…the photographer and story it may not have been harm at all. I am not disagreeing with you.</p>
