I just called up admissions and the woman wasn’t irritated or anything, she said it was mailed the 24th and would be available Saturday and I asked if that meant midnight tonight and she said yeah

Yeah, seriously. Well, CMU’s pretty high up on my list too, but I’ll get over it quick even if I am rejected. :)

30 minutes … argh!

Good luck folks.

I have a feeling today will be a good wave, so I hope I’m in it.

this is bordering on “admission abuse”

Seriously, who wants to wait up ANOTHER night just to see …blanks…

just got into JHU for EE, so i wont be as ****ed if i get rejected

Haha… c’mon guys, don’t be disheartened! Let’s do something never done by applicants before… Let believe while being realistic. Decisions have to eventually come out. Today may be the day, it may not be but while I hate every moment of this waiting just as much as you do… can’t say we aren’t having a bit of fun in this anticipation. Again, don’t get me wrong, I want this decision now, but I don’t want it to affect me too much. If it is good news, then yay! if it is not, then whatever. As US News and World Report accurately stated about the waiting period between submitted applications:

Remember:

And, if things don’t work out,

@jdjaguar You know, you call them up and ask when your decisions are coming out.
