I don’t have a lot to add here - only wish I’d thought of half these ideas! (We had a spreadsheet with dates plugged in.) If you can get prescreens in early you will have more flexibility with audition dates. And we definitely had to make some sacrifices in terms of schools coming off the list because of scheduling conflicts. Good luck!!
