Your understanding of the issue might be better than mine, but I thought the new program is that you put Mendoza on your app but you can also check a box saying that if you don’t get Mendoza, you still want to be considered for general admission. Everyone still does general studies first year, but most kids know at the time of acceptance whether or not they’re getting into Mendoza. At least that’s how I understood head of admissions when he spoke at a local event last month, but I may have misunderstood. </p>
