Corbis, if it helps, the only bad things I have ever heard about Rogers was that it was smaller than McCollum’s townhouses (which have 4 residents instead of 1 or 2 in Rogers), and that it was a sort of old and quite ugly building- which being on the west side, that’s expected (as was stated my sophomore year, the west side of campus has a mascot as the walrus- no joke- because the west side of campus and a walrus have in common that they aren’t pleasant to look at).

Hopefully you enjoy living in Rogers. The parking lot that Rogers shares with McCollum is practically always full, and the parking lot shared between Rogers, Kellum, Smith, Salley, and McCollum is almost always full as well. But I have noticed though this year- as did my roommates- that the McCollum parking lot is rarely full to capacity. Unlike last year, there are no cars parking along the curb in the parking lot, which was pretty much always an issue last year (especially if you had a car and were trying to get a spot, it made driving through the already narrow parking lot extremely hazardous).

Basically just use your car sparingly and you should be able to keep a spot. Or park in the McCollum lot. We’re friendly and most of us won’t cause bodily harm for using “our” lot. Most of us, anyway.
