Rogers is for both Grads and Undergrads. Rogers isn’t bad by any means. It’s a full apartment with a kitchen (I know you said something like your parents were worried about you cooking, now you at least have a kitchen in your room, unlike any of the freshman dorms).

You can petition it, but at this point in time I would think they pretty much are out of spaces. I’m surprised you got somewhere like Rogers, honestly. Sure it isn’t somewhere that you might have expected or wanted, but it is at least a decent placement.

Only negatives about Rogers I have heard are that you can’t really see out of the windows and that the apartments are a bit small (although they are only for 1-2 people, unlike say McCollum or Ragans, which are for 4 people). That said, it’s a nice building from what I hear.
