<p>Judging by it’s title, I think the article completely missed it’s mark, by a long shot. Boco on a “budget” list?</p>

<p>I would have thought the first recommendation for “An Actor On a Budget” would be, “go to a state school where you qualify for in-state tuition,” followed by, “if you have good grades and test scores, look for a school where you beat the stat line and qualify for a nice chunk of academic merit aid.” Maybe the third suggestion would be, “look at schools that are audition-for-scholarship,” some of them will even pay for your trip to visit if you impress them at a regional audition.</p>
