Bad Grades High Hopes

The first issue is to get your health issues straightened out and under control.

The next issue is to get far better grades NOW, and the rest of this year, and next year.

Then see where you stand.

Your freshman year of high school will be far less important than your sophomore and junior years of high school. If you are interested in “Pre-Medical Preparatory studies”, then you might some day be thinking of medical school. If this is the case, then you are going to need to learn how to be a far stronger student. You have time to do this, but you should start now.

I would not worry at all about your freshman year grades. Instead, focus on your sophomore year studies and the resulting sophomore year grades. Take it one day at a time and one week at a time, and see how it goes.
