iām kinda nervous because my market is my stateās capitol - aka kind of big, so i think iāll have to compete against a lot of people.

<p>I applied from the sf branch. i just found out i wonāt be able to do the internship i applied for as my backup, so iām desperate to get this.</p>
<p>They said that notifications will be coming out no later than May 22nd; so Iām guessing that doesnāt necessarily mean theyāll be coming ON May 22nd. Maybe sooner? Hopefully. And yes, only 5 people are accepted from each region. It states that on the site.</p>

I really want to get this internship, but honestly, I need to know the results ASAP, because if this doesnāt work out I need to go to plan B. :)</p>
<p>Soā¦ Would each city/county be considered a region or do you suppose they lump several close cities to make a region?? They have a market list on the web, does anyone know if each market area is consedered a region? The photo of last years group seems to include a large bunch of kids.</p>
<p>My D applied for this and like all of you guys wants to plan her summer. A student from Dās school did this last year and said of all his volunteer/community activities he thought this was his best experience. He has over 2000 hours so thatās saying a lot.</p>
