exact same boat as you. i keep trying to get my mind off and then find myself worrying again. but the thing thats really helping me is realizing that i have done everything within my own control and right now it is out of my hands, there is nothing i can do about my admission decisions, so i just have to have faith in the work i submitted and did have control over. hope this helps

Hi guys I applied ED and am just wondering if anyone has heard anything from the financial aid department? I think Iām good but Iām really nervous because I got a confirmation email from a school applied to EA saying they have all my stuff but Barnard hasnāt done that. Has anyone gotten an email saying that they have your stuff or that youāre missing stuff?

I received an email with my access portal log in info saying that they are confirming my financial aid status but that is the last email I have received from Barnardās financial office.
No, mine hasnāt changed. Also the last financial aid email I got was on October 25, reminding me that the deadline to apply for it was November 1

i got one about a week ago but it was just asking me to sign the student non-tax filer paper which i guess i had forgotten to do lol

I totally agree. my best friend just got her Vassar acceptance which is SO exciting but now Iām just like xcuefwiuhfwjpjjso whereās mine, especially because Vassar/Barnard are relatively close together so weāve got a whole plan to visit each other
also did I dye random sections of my hair pink at 2am to deal with the stress? yes, yes I did

My portal changed about 4 days ago. All my financial aid was previously checked off but they went back and unchecked some things. I emailed them and they said that they were double checking my financial stuff and that I shouldnāt worry about submitting it a little late. Hopefully they were double checking for a reason lol but not gonna try to get my hopes up. Has this happened for anyone else?
Yes!! This happened to me too. All my stuff was checked with a green mark, and then about a week ago two had red exes.
It didnāt happened to me, guess Iām not getting in lol.
No donāt worry! There is no concrete meaning behind it!

I got a similar email saying I didnāt have everything uploaded, but I did still have them all checked off. When I emailed back they said I had everything, so Iām not quite sure. I wouldnāt sweat this too much, though! Good luck to everyone!!! <3
