Barnard Waitlist 2028

Btw I submitted my LOCI around April 5th and then submitted an additional rec letter around the end of April. I don’t know if that helps anyone to clear their doubts. I didn’t do anything else.

Did u also submit ur loci early? I wonder if they’re doing it by region or on a rolling basis

i did not apply for financial aid. but don’t lose hope i’ve seen some people get off in past forums who have applied for financial aid!! wherever you go you are going to be amazing and i hope to see you at barnard next year!!!

Wait so has anyone actually gotten a call yet?

Has anyone from the northeast gotten off?

Has anyone seeking financial aid received the email?

by the looks of it, i’d assume not

also, would it be ideal for me to withdraw receiving financial aid this late? I know it’s possible to fund my first year attending Barnard but idk what i’d do for the remaining 3 :sob:

ughh i was considering doing this too but i just couldn’t afford to not have aid the remaining 3 years. Such a tough situation because I really want to go to Barnard

I submitted my loci may 1st so i do think theyre doing it in that order

I got the email and I am so insanely excited!!! This is my dream. Hoping we all get off and are together in nyc

just a quick question, does getting the email ensure the removal of a person from the waitlist? i just don’t know if i should get my hopes up or not…

yes 99% sure unless you respond and say you’re not interested ofc

Hey guys! For the new people who have recently received an email, can you guys also include whether or not you’re domestic and if u applied for financial aid? Thanks :pray:t4:

Hmm I wonder the likelihood of getting off the WL anytime soon while seeking a decent amount of financial aid…(talking ~30k/year :grimacing:)
