So true!
I’m just hoping for no curve balls like he had last night when he tried to sign up. Like, I don’t know, there’s some odd regulation why he can’t stay on my insurance.
I’m sure we are both over thinking this, but I’ve had major medical bills in the past couple of years and want to help make sure he’s protected.

Assuming that he will age out of your plan in the future, he may want to consider whether providers he may choose are in-network for both your plan and plans he may select on his own after ages out.

One shout out for Kaiser in the Bay Area. I have a trans relative who has had a couple of surgeries with Kaiser. If I’m not mistaken Kaiser has a Trans center somewhere in the Bay Area.
