I’m going to go out on a limb here and say the OP is going to get into Stanford. While his course load isn’t as rigorous as some, he says he went to a tough magnet school so I’m sure that adds some credibility to even the non-AP classes that he’s taken. As for his GPA, a 3.7 isn’t going to be that big of a detriment. In fact, I’m pretty sure it won’t hurt him at all. A 3.7 really isn’t that low and while it won’t make him stand out, its not going to keep him out either (he doesn’t need much else to make him stand out)

The EC’s are a little weaker than even most URM applicants, but the SAT’s are going to largely overshadow that. I remember hearing somewhere (don’t quote me on this) that last year there were less than 1000 African Americans that scored over a 1500 on the SAT’s in the whole country. Thats not even factoring in the writing score. If the numbers are similar this year I’m willing to guess that any African American with stats like the OP’s are going to be a hot commodity at HYPS considering there are barely enough of them to go around…
