<p>I’m Hispanic & I believe Affirmative Action is worthless. I don’t need the bar lowered in order for me to compete. That is absurd. Either you have what it takes or you don’t. I’ll be applying to Michigan for graduate school. I doubt AA is taken into consideration for graduate school. I will either have a the GPA, GRE scores, & killer essay, or I will not be admitted. I will also be competing against the best of the position for a less than 30 spots in the history dept. Such is life. Get over it. </p>
