@UnderN3rd The TAG agreement says: “You must MAINTAIN a GPA of 3.20 or higher for all UC-transferable units taken prior to transfer enrollment.”
I wish they would make the contract clearer, but from what I gather, they want you to maintain a GPA of 3.2 or higher the entire time from the TAG approval to when you transfer to UCD. If it dips at all below 3.2 (or 3.3 depending on your major), the contract is voided. That’s what every UCD rep has told me, and that’s what I see when I look at the contract. In my experience, CC counselors have never been that helpful or even correct in their information or understanding of the transfer process.
