<p>Well folks looking at the info on the UC website <a href=“http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/transfer/preparation-paths/math-majors/ucberkeley-math.html”>http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/transfer/preparation-paths/math-majors/ucberkeley-math.html</a> It seems only IGETC is required. Compared to economics <a href=“http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/transfer/preparation-paths/economics-majors/ucberkeley-economics.html”>http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/transfer/preparation-paths/economics-majors/ucberkeley-economics.html</a> where calculus is listed as required not just recommended. For Berkeley’s Mathematics all the math courses are listed as recommended not required. Any takes on this? Furthermore, has anyone transferred as a math major to Berkeley without completing all the pre-reqs? And of course Please and Thank You.</p>
