<p>Yeah, I think (and hope) that’s what she meant too. For freshmen, I heard that they consider themselves “lottery losers” if they get placed into Foothill (or Bowles or Stern). I jut don’t know how much space they have for us in the dorms not reserved for transfers.</p>
