Very few takers at Olin for Brandeis. A bit too far away and there is no transportation available between the two campuses. Wellesley is 5 minutes away and shuttle run back and forth all day.
Adding to #16, aerospace is one of the top prospective majors in Washington’s Honors Program:
There is a significant overlap between mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering. Although they may not have an official aerospace degree program, you can take more engineering electives in Fluids and Stress to emulate an aerospace curriculum. That being said a number of these liberal arts colleges offer mechanical engineering degrees. And if you want a true liberal arts / engineering experience you can participate in one of the dual degree engineering programs that Columbia, Dartmouth, RPI, Washington U, Case Western and Caltech have with liberal arts colleges.
Look through these. Some great options.

I wonder how much of of this “combo” concern is based on a possible misunderstanding of the quality of the humanities studies at some of the more “technical” universities. I would not rate the humanities offerings at MIT as lacking in breadth and certainly not in depth.
There is only so much time in four years if one really wants two majors. Three/two programs are an expensive route to select before you have carefully checked out the breadth and depth of offerings in those schools which offer aerospace engineering. It appears the accredited aerospace engineering programs are the more difficult bird to find and often the more competitive to gain admission.
Check out the breadth of offerings at specific aerospace schools before you commit to the five year route. On closer inspection, you may be surprised.
Science and Math are liberal arts.
If you find an mechanical engineering background meets your needs you might look at Union College in Schenectady NY. This liberal arts college has a well regarded and highly respected engineering program.
What state do,you live in? Your other thread highlights some financial considerations.
