<p>My 17 year old daughter and I both have the LG VX8360. We upgraded to these not too long ago. She LIVES for texting. 
So this phone has been working out just fine. We each had a slider-type phone prior to this, but wanted to go back to the flip-type. We’re on Verizon, as well. So far, we’ve really liked the LG VX8360. Economical, too.
We have unlimited texting/pix on our plan which includes 1,400 minutes between husband, myself and daughter. She texts a lot more than she talks, so we really don’t need all those minutes, I suppose. </p>
