Checking your previous posts I see you’ve taken the ACT. Assuming that you took it with Writing, quite a few of the QB partner schools will accept that in lieu of the SAT and two subject tests.
I’m hesitant to answer your question about Computer Engineering specifically. Limiting it to schools that take the ACT with writing, I’d check out Brown and Rice for sure. I’ve read good things about CS at Brown but don’t know anything specifically about computer engineering. Everything I’ve read about Rice makes it sound like a great school. Stanford is an obvious choice.

Notre Dame is worth taking a look at. [url=http://www.cse.nd.edu/]Department of Computer Science | University of Notre Dame](http://cs.stanford.edu/degrees/undergrad/CSE.shtml) Overall I’ve heard they are strong in engineering, but don’t know about your particular field. You could ask questions on their CC forum here to find out more.

Penn prefers but doesn’t require a math subject test for engineering majors. It is another good one to ask questions about.
