<p>I like Strunk and White’s Elements of Style, but you should try both books and use both. One may have something the other doesn’t, and it’s not a good idea to take a chance. Although, EoS is probably the most thorough grammar and style book I’ve seen, and it is not a lengthy read, either.</p>
