<p>Jefferson 26 (I think that’s what it’s called.) I want to say Jefferson West, dunno why.</p>

<p>$450 something a month + around 40 bucks utilities for 12 month lease. 6 People, 2 bedrooms, 2 with one person, 2 with 2 people.</p>

<p>That’s the only one I know the details of. I dont know anything about their other rooms.</p>

<p>Heard the venue was really expensive.</p>

<p>I’d suggest a coop because it’ll cost $6000 something at the most for 12 months (for a double + bathroom) with meals and a kitchen included but all of them are full right now. The good ones at least.</p>

<p>Jefferson 26 and jefferson West are two different complexes. Jefferson 26 is on 26th and Jefferson West is further west.</p>

<p>If you want cheap, there’s always Riverside area. People say it’s shady or whatnot. Maybe they’re right because I’ve never lived there, but I’ve been down there and it looks fine to me. It’s the distance from campus that I don’t like.
Your other option is sharing a room on West Campus or around the 38th street area. It’ll probably be a tight squeeze, but that’s how you save money. That’s what I’m doing.</p>

<p>Yeah…don’t live in Riverside. Crime rates in Riverside are much higher than they are in West Campus. North Campus or West Campus tends to be safer since UTPD patrols the area.</p>

<p>UTPD does not patrol either North Campus or West Campus. They only have jurisdicition on UT campus. They could not ticket you if they say you jaywalk across Guadalupe from Dobie, for example, because it’s not in their jurisdiction. They can’t give you an MIP off campus either.</p>
