<p>Be careful about hardwood floors in the bathroom. The accumulated urine spill will cause discoloration to the floor. If you put a mat over it then the beauty of the floor will be hidden.</p>
<p>We didn’t wast to worry about water on hardwood floors, so we chose to have kitchen and bathroom in sheet vinyl. Very gals we did as my sister who has wood floors that have has to be replaced in kitchen due to warping from water leak in kitchen. We have had our washer overflow in our kitchen several times and are so glad it is easy care sheet vinyl.</p>
