We did the same. Especially for engineering where the field is very egalitarian, it made no sense to go over $200K when our state flagship was half that.
I was just trying to clarify your point about bucket 3. There is very good value there. In the end it’s much more about what a student does with the opportunities in front of them than it is about the name on the diploma.
