Add Michigan to the list. It is also arranged by seniors, not the faculty. My son’s Senior buddy and he have formed a life-long bond and his freshman buddy, with whom he is also extremely close, lives in NYC so he gets to see her often.
It seems like it might be shorter to make a list of programs that DON’T do this

^Yes, we have mentors and mentees! Everyone in the Brind School is assigned someone in their major. This year there are a lot of freshmen who share mentors because the freshman class is so big. Some are really close, some meet at the end of every semester, some only ever talk online. How much you want to hang out with them is totally up to you! I’m actually meeting with my mentor tomorrow
